The greatest setbacks facing education in Peru with regard to the English language are grammar and pronunciation.

This is due to the lack of essential native speakers, especially in rural areas, towns and small cities. For that reason, Carismaperu, with the crucial support network of the volunteers, will be able to improve this problem substantially over time.

Carismaperu offers volunteers an opportunity to work with children from the ages of 06-16 as teaching assistants in different colleges in the city, towns and small villages of Huancayo.

This resource will allow students to improve their fluency in English and to rekindle their interest by practicing it with native speakers.
